hdbd Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the conditions governing use of the hdbd platform. Please read it in full before registering as a member.
1 Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hdbd and any user of this platform ("Member"). By accessing hdbd.cam, registering an account, or using our services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
You are requested to read this document carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using hdbd services.
2 Membership Eligibility
To open an account and use hdbd services, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
- You must manage the account yourself — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
- All information you provide must be true, accurate and up to date.
- Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- You are not accessing our services from a country or region where such activities are prohibited by law.
3 Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account with hdbd, you must provide accurate personal information. Verification of the mobile number or email provided at registration is mandatory.
3.2 Password and Access
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
- Always log out at the end of a session, especially on shared devices.
- If you need to change any account details, do so through the support team.
3.3 Account Closure
hdbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, fraudulent or deceptive activity, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods
hdbd supports deposits through Bangladesh's common mobile banking and bank channels. Accepted methods are:

4.2 Withdrawal Policy
After a successful withdrawal request is submitted, hdbd typically processes it within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
4.3 Transaction Verification
For large transactions, hdbd may apply additional identity verification procedures. This is part of the platform's security measures.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- Before the bonus is released, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement: 20x).
- The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
- Winnings earned from bets placed with bonus balance must have wagering completed before they can be withdrawn.
- A maximum of 30 days is given to complete the wagering requirement. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after this period.
5.2 Other Promotions
hdbd regularly offers a variety of promotional offers. Each offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. As a general rule:
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- hdbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
5.3 VIP Program
hdbd's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback benefits are as follows:
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Tier advancement depends on a member's consistent activity and engagement with the platform.
6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy
hdbd uses software from reputable game providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. All game results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on hdbd:
- Using any software, bot or automated method to operate games.
- Any attempt to manipulate game results.
- Accessing or interfering with another member's account.
- Any form of collusion or group cheating.
- Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, hdbd will review that round and provide a reasonable resolution. In such situations, hdbd's decision is final.
7 Responsible Gaming Policy
hdbd is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe gaming can be enjoyed as entertainment, but it should never be a cause of financial or emotional harm.

10 Limitation of Liability
hdbd is committed to providing uninterrupted service at all times. However, hdbd will not be liable in the following circumstances:
- Losses caused by internet connection interruptions.
- Disruptions caused by third-party server or software issues.
- Service outages due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.
- Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or security breach.
In any circumstance, hdbd's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the member's account.

11.2 Final Decision

12 Terms Changes and Updates
hdbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be informed by email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
